What we assemble
Bed frames, dressers, desks, bookshelves, wardrobes, and office furniture make up most of the work. Crib assembly gets extra attention, since a loose bolt in a crib matters more than one in a bookshelf.
We also take apart furniture that needs to travel through a tight doorway or down a narrow Wichita stairwell, then rebuild it correctly at the other end.
Standing on its own
Assembly does not require a move. Plenty of customers order a bed or a desk online, get it dropped at the curb, and just want it built. We come out for that on its own and leave the packaging hauled away.
The same goes for furniture that has been sitting in a box in the garage for months. We have put together plenty of items long after the original delivery.
How the job goes
We lay out every panel and bag of hardware before starting so nothing gets built out of order or with a part missing. Instructions get followed, not guessed at, and if a piece arrived with a manufacturing flaw we flag it before forcing a fit.
Larger pieces like wardrobes or bunk beds usually take two people, both for speed and because some steps genuinely need a second set of hands to hold a panel steady.
Once assembled, we check that drawers slide, doors close evenly, and nothing wobbles before calling the job done.
Assembly with a delivery or a move
Most assembly work happens as part of a delivery or a move. If a new bed frame arrives the same day as your move in Wichita, we can deliver, assemble, and set it in the room in one visit instead of three separate appointments.
Booking assembly alongside a delivery also means one crew handles the whole job, so nobody has to explain the layout twice or wait on a second appointment for the piece to actually be usable.
Tools we bring
Drivers and drill bits sized for the hardware that actually ships with most flat pack furniture come standard on every job, along with a level to check that shelving and wardrobes sit flush against a wall.
If a piece requires wall anchoring for safety, such as a tall dresser or a bookshelf around small children, we will flag it and can handle that step with your permission rather than leaving it unsecured.
